Vondelpark Green / Amsterdam
If you want to hear an owl call in the heart of Amsterdam, you have to head to the lush Vondelpark, designed as an English landscape garden in 1865.
With a little luck you can also spot kingfishers there.
All the soothing shades of green in the park are instantly relaxing despite of the crowds picnicking here on warm days in spring and summer.
In the designs of Label of the Elements each city is defined by four typifying elements.
Each city has it's own letter code and is surrounded by interesting data, just like the chemical elements in the periodic table. A nice difference is that they have added attractive pictographs and some fun to the numbers.
From the infographic designs you learn about the location of each city (upper right corner), typical food (upper left corner), a famous landmark or monument (lower right corner) and a surprising local fact (lower left corner)
Label of the Elements posters and postcards are printed on premium Biotop paper, which is planet friendly (FSC, TCF) and has a natural off-white look.
