The super bright Bookman lamp is water resistant and clips on securely to any bag or garment.
The compact and lightweight size bikers light is equipped with both white and red LEDs so you can switch between white light for front mount and red light for rear mount.

North Sea Design is very happy with the Bookman LED Clip Lamp, finally a rechargeable LED lamp that is very visible.
You can easily attach the clip to your clothing, backpack, dog leash or laces and it is waterproof.
The minimalist design features the latest technology.
Although these clips only have a diameter of 3.5 cm, you should not underestimate the power of the LED lamp.

The Bookman Eclipse lamp has 5 different light modes (3 front light settings, 2 rear light settings)
This way you can adjust the light yourself to what you need, your environment and / or the duration of your bike ride.
In the average position, the Lithium ION battery can last up to 25 hours.
The Eclips LED lamp has a smart battery indicator and an empty lamp can be fully charged within 2 hours with the included USB cable.

The Story of Bookman

Bookman’s founders, David Axelsson and Victor Kabo first met
while studying industrial engineering and management at Linköping University, a mutual passion for entrepreneurship drawing them and a few like minds together.
They realised that the entire college faculty was cycling around campus and town without adequate lights.
They themselves were also guilty of this, so they decided to do something about it.
The solution became a local traffic safety campaign called Studentlyset (the Student’s Light), handing out free bike lights at the University.

Upon finishing their studies, they wanted to create their own bicycle accessories brand focusing on the design and usability of the products.
As a natural extension of the work they began in college, their first concept was simple: to make a bike light that wasn’t boring.

In 2011 Bookman’s first lights launched—colourful, minimalistic and functional, pitched at the urban cyclist and design enthusiasts.
Since then, Bookman products have been embraced by the likes of MoMA, Colette, Merci, Selfridges and Paragon Sports, and its portfolio of products has grown
to wearable lighting and visibility products for everyday use, not just for the cycling community.

In 2018 Bookman became Bookman Urban Visibility, a reflection of its expanding mission to make sure everyone can be visible and safe without sacrificing their style.
