The Beak Chair, OW124, is available in oak and walnut with upholstery in leather.
Choose from three qualities:
Loke is protected leather, durable and easy to clean
Thor is semi aniline leather, more comfortable, supple and soft
Sif is the best quality aniline leather, very soft and supple and wil age over time with a beautiful patina

The OW124 Beak Chair

The Beak chair is an expressive, sculptural lounge chair and gets its name from the distinctive armrests,
which seem to shoot out from the main frame.
It is also an exquisite example of the relationship between material and form;
soft curved elements that seamlessly join together and flow to all directions.

Ole Wanscher's Beak Chair, designed in 1951, represents his outstanding sense of craftsmanship and design.
He was one of the leading figures in the Scandinavian Design movement (a part of Mid-Century Modernism),
at a time when Scandinavian Design achieved worldwide popularity.
