NORTH SEA DESIGN |  is a quirky design shop full of stylish furniture, lighting and home accessories.
In our shtore you will find a unique blend of new interior design and some original vintage design items.
We specialize in Scandinavian design classics and love Dutch Design and Italian Lighting brands.

SHOWROOM |  North Sea Design has in addition to the convenience of a webshop also a permanent store in Vorden (Gelderland).
In our attractive showroom you can see or try a selection of our articles.
Be inspired by the trendy lifestyle items or visit us for a personal interior advice.
Free parking and within walking distance of trainstation Vorden.
The area around Vorden in the Achterhoek is loved by nature lovers, sports enthusiasts but is also known for its castles and museums.
There are many hotels, campsites and B & B's for an overnight stay or a holiday stay.
The center of Vorden, where the North Sea Design showroom is located, has nice shops and terraces.

BRANDS | North Sea Design sells long established Danish brands such as Carl Hansen & Søn, Louis Poulsen (shop-in-shop), Getama, House of Finn Juhl and Kay Bojesen.
But also brands that are less known to the general public, like J.L. Moller, Farstrup en Moebe. This way you will find that one item that is special or a special gift. We sometimes sell brands from other European countries that add something special to our collection. In particular Vistosi, the Italian lighting brand with mouth-blown glass lamps and the Dutch lighting brand Anvia, which revives the minimalist fifties with their newly produced lamps from the old factory in Almelo.

North Sea Design is official dealer of all brands shown. We offer the service and warranty that you would expect from a home specialized store.

From Rotterdam to Achterhoek 

The North Sea Design store has moved from November 2018 from Hofplein Station in Rotterdam
to an old village farm in Vorden, the Achterhoek.
The Hofboog at the Raampoortstraat in Rotterdam was a great location, where we received customers
from all over the world for 4 years.

The webshop grew and it was soon time for a larger showroom with more storage space.
We decided to exchange the exciting Rotterdam for more space in the beautiful Achterhoek.
Fortunately we were found in no time by enthusiasts
and our "old" customers from the Randstad still know where to find us.
