The Vita sofa is a beautiful example of the warmth and elegance with which the world-famous Danish architect Nanna Ditzel designed her furniture. The style of the Vita sofa

The influential Danish furniture maker Nanna Ditzel used contrasting fabrics on the seat cushion. The combination with the buttons on the backrest is still as contemporary
and modern as when she first designed it over seventy years ago.
The beautiful upholstery on the wooden frame has a soft, rolled edge, allowing the user to sit or lie comfortably.

The Vita sofa comes with an oak frame that is soaped, lacquered, oiled in natural or white, or spray-painted black. A walnut frame is also available,
treated with lacquer or natural oil. The upholstery is available in textile or leather, with a variety of combinations possible. Consider different fabrics for the seat cushion and
backrest, with buttons in contrasting colors, or a combination of fabric and leather.

The ND52 Vita two-seater and three-seater sofas were previously produced by Getama in Denmark. North Sea Design used to be a Getama dealer, but that brand was acquired by
Carl Hansen & Søn. The Getama brand no longer exists as an active furniture manufacturer.
Getama has a long history of producing furniture, including Nanna Ditzel. You can contact North Sea Design for questions about, for example, new cushions
for your old Getama armchairs and sofas.
