the organically shaped horizontal stretchers strengthen the frame,
the rear legs are set closer together
to reduce collisions at the table, and contrasting wooden discs discreetly
conceal the backrest screws.
The papercord seat adds tactile warmth and long-lasting comfort.

The J39 has a solid wood frame and a veneered backrest. It's available in walnut, oak or beech with various finishes:
oil, lacquer, or black painted (oak).
This Upholstered J39 has a removable cover in canvas or leather that
rests on a lightly padded base,
underscoring the chair's timeless quality.
The seat is available in semi-aniline leather in black, cognac, and dark brown. Alternatively, choose a canvas seat in natural or black.
